Data request

If you want to apply for data from the Swedish Arthroplasty Register, we ask you to first contact the register board to discuss the matter. The application process is facilitated if you start by reasoning with someone in the register board about what you are looking for and what in the register can be useful. Then you can design your application in a way that makes the processing easier and faster.

The Central Personal Data Controller for the Arthroplasty Register is the board of the Region Västra Götaland. Therefore, you apply for data from the register at the Center of Registers Västra Götaland. This applies to both data for research as well as other purposes.
